As a first-time homebuyer who is basically wandering through this process like a toddler in a hardware store, I cannot express how grateful I am for Premier Home Inspectors. Yes, they’re a little pricier than some competitors. And honestly? Now that I’ve seen how insanely thorough they are, I find myself wondering what on earth the cheaper inspections are skipping. Probably half the house.

Joseph (Joe?) was amazing. He walked me through things I didn’t even know existed in a home, let alone things I should be paying attention to. The report was incredibly detailed, organized, and clear.... like, “Oh wow, I suddenly understand what I'm doing” clear. As someone who does not understand what they’re doing, that was a miracle.

If I had the extra cash, I’d order every possible inspection from them... roof, plumbing, electrical, hidden ghosts in the attic, all of it, because I actually trust their eyes more than my own at this point. Unfortunately I’m not rolling in money… but if I were, this would be my inspection team for absolutely everything.

I will definitely continue working with them throughout this process and in the future. Their customer service, their professionalism, and the peace of mind they give you is worth every single penny. Thank you so much... truly.

Thomas conducted our 1 YR New Build Inspection and did an excellent job. Thomas was punctual, professional and very open with his findings. Upon completion of his inspection, he provided us with a complete and detailed report. With that report we were able to provide our builder with a copy. Working with Thomas and his team is always a painless delight. Glad to consider him our friend.
